Sit and Be Fit

The Sit and Be Fit class is designed for older adults and anyone needing slow gentle movements. Using the chair, it focuses on resistance training and cardio to give you a total body workout without being on your feet. It focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, circulation and reaction time. A variety of light-hearted music combined with fun rehabilitative movements make this a good middle-of-the-road full body workout. The class is sure to lift your spirits and put a smile on your face!
