Start your weekend off right! Mindfully flow in this Vinyasa-based class from one pose to the next using your breath as your guide. Explore your body and mind, while developing flexibility, strength, and balance. A focus on proper alignment and slow movement provides a safe and welcoming environment for practicing yoga together. Open to all levels, including beginners, but does require the participant's ability to move from the floor (supporting body weight) to standing. Please bring your own yoga mat. All other props will be provided.
