Tai Chi Chih Basics

Tai Chi Chih is a moving meditation of 19 movements that can be done standing or sitting. TCC practice promotes focus and balance by allowing the Chi that moves within us to circulate and balance. This in turn improves our sense of well-being, physical, and mental health. The best way to come to understand TCC is to try it, so that the movement of energy can be felt first-hand.
